When I was looking for an affordable studio (my first apartment on my own) I happened upon a listing she had. After meeting her, I found she had a number of options to choose from that were cleaner and roomier than other apartments I had seen. She never showed me anything that was filthy, un-painted, or ramshackle. She has well-priced exclusive listings that are hard to come by with the larger companies, and she gives incredibly personal service. And even better?? She''s also a great agent if you have a dog- ANY size- because she loves them all and encourages landlords to allow them!

We purchased our home with Immac as the real estate agent. Cammi was a joy to work with. She coordinated everything with the Seller, Co-op Board and Managing Agent to make the purchasing process very smooth.

Immac is also a rental broker in our building. From time to time we will see Cammi showing apartments in the building. It''s always nice to run into her.
